Hi, I am so glad you are here! Life can feel busy, overwhelming, and ever-changing. When we do not pause to connect with our minds, bodies, and spirits along the way, it is easy to feel burnt out, resentful, or disconnected from the more meaningful and colorful parts of life. My goal as a clinician is to help you take time for yourself to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and begin to notice the light around you again.

I believe this kind of growth happens when we create space to process life experiences, set goals for meaningful change, and give ourselves permission to receive support. Therapy can offer encouragement, guidance, practical tools, accountability, and even some laughter along the way.

 

I am passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable showing up as yourself. I take a holistic and personalized approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of techniques, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Strength-based approaches.

 

I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan and support children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, mood-disorders, life transitions, and relationship challenges. When working with children and teens, I incorporate play-and art-based therapy and collaborate with caregivers to support emotional, developmental, and behavioral growth. I also offer Christian Counseling for clients seeking faith-integration.

 

It is my mission to create a meaningful space where you feel supported as you begin to heal and grow. I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
